Tugdual Le Lay
SciencesPo Paris and LSE educated in Politics and Government in the European Union, Tugdual has an extensive experience in public governance and EU politics. He notably worked as Political Advisor at the French National Assembly and the French Senate. After several experiences in Ministry cabinet, private institutions and International Organisations, Tugdual worked as Senior Political Advisor at the European Parliament, where he focused on Regional, Budgetary and Maritime affairs. He now advises the French Association of Small towns on EU affairs as well as access to Health and town-centers revitalization in rural areas.
He is from Guingamp, Brittany (Western France), famous for its football team, worldly known for hosting more than 200% of its total population every week-end in its stadium. Tugdual is passionated about Basketball, coaching and helped structuring the local team as General Manager.
